Normal Terms and Condition:

Taxes: Taxes will be charged extra as applicable. For outstation CST 4% against 'Form C'.

Delivery: Delivery will take 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of the materials.

Payment: 100% advance or else as per normal terms with your company. This is negotiable depending upon the relationship with the company.

Warranty: All products dealt by Ashram Computers carries warranty as offered by the Vendor for their product.

Validity: The prices are normally valid for 30 days. Please do revert back for the confirmation of the same before releasing the PO.

Purchase Order: The purchase order will be treated as accepted, once you receive the confirmation mail for the same.

Installation/Support Charges : The Installation, Support and Training charges will be extra depending upon the nature of work.

Temp Licenses: Wherever possible in case of delay in delivery of licenses, we try to provide Temporary Licenses. Please do revert to us for the same.
